- Data controller

- What data we process
- Only what you provide when completing a form or writing to us: name, email, phone and details about the property or your search. We do not collect special categories of data or data from minors.
- Purpose
- To handle your valuation, viewing or contact request, manage any resulting commercial relationship and, if you authorise us, inform you about properties that may match what you are looking for.
- Legal basis
- Your consent, given when submitting the form (art. 6.1.a GDPR), and our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiries and managing the relationship (art. 6.1.f).
- Recipients and data processors
- We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except where legally required. To provide the service we work with providers acting as data processors, under an agreement compliant with article 28 GDPR and processing your data solely on our instructions: EmailJS, to send the contact forms; Google, for anonymous usage measurement through Google Analytics (only if you accept cookies); and Vercel, to host the website.
- International transfers
- Some of these providers (EmailJS, Google and Vercel) are located outside the European Economic Area, mainly in the United States. In such cases the transfer is carried out with the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or the EU-US adequacy framework (Data Privacy Framework).
- Retention
- We keep your data for the duration of the relationship and, afterwards, for the periods legally required to address possible liabilities. We will erase it earlier if you request so.
- Your rights
- You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to nicolascromerogestion@gmail.com, stating the right you wish to exercise and attaching a copy of an identification document.
- Withdrawal of consent
- Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time by writing to nicolascromerogestion@gmail.com, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.
- Complaints
- If you believe we have not properly handled your rights, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
- Automated decisions
- We do not make automated decisions or carry out profiling with your data.
- Nature of the data
- The data we request in the forms is that which is necessary to handle your request. If you do not provide it, we may not be able to respond to you.
- Security
- We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
